Payment & Terms

Stoves and components to be paid a week before installation to allow for delivery and stock check.
If any additional parts are required, we will contact you for approval before they are purchased.
Installation fee payable on day of installation.

Customer Complaints

Cosy Stoves carries Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance with HISCOX and are registered and regulated by HETAS professional training scheme. Jamie Nevada is a certified H003 and H006 HETAS installer.

Cosy stoves are passionate about providing professional services together with exceptional customer support and aftercare.

We are happy to address any issues or complaints and will aim to resolve them within 15 days of the complaint to the satisfaction of our customer.
