This Fireplace Renovation and Woodburner installation project in Burnham-on-Sea involved removing an existing brick fire surround and renovating the fireplace to accommodate an Ecosy Hampton 5kW woodburner.
The customer wanted a silver / grey stove rather than the typical matt black, which works exceptional well in this situation.
We rendered the inside of the recess with sand and cement and bonding and plaster over the metal beading around the recess.
We supplied and installed a Brazilian slate hearth, which we cut to fit at the customer’s property.
The Ecosy Hampton is a smart looking stove and can take a 300mm size log. The wood only stove is SIA compliant, Defra approved and comes with a 7 warranty.
