HETAS Woodburner Installers in Dulverton

We were asked to install a customer’s Arada Solution 5 Woodburner in Dulverton.

We enjoy installing these woodburners as they are a high quality Defra approved stove with a 10 year warranty.

Our customer had recently redeveloped the chimney breast which looks superb with its original brick arch and suits the character of the cottage.

We noticed looking up the chimney that it was made of round clay liners and some were cracked and damaged. We were surprised to find we quoted against another HETAS installer who didn’t quote for a flexible flue liner and they said “it would be fine without”. We strongly disagree and always install a stainless steel flexible flue liner for safety and peace of mind especially when there’s obvious internal damage to the clay liners.
